Ann Terry

Mrs. Ann Terry, 80, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at her home in Shaw, MS. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 19, 2017, at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Services will immediately follow beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 19, 2017, at Ray Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Coker officiating. Interment will be held in Shaw Cemetery.
Ann was born on September 4, 1936, to Bennie Brown and Emma Johnson Brown in Shaw, MS. She married Bennie Terry, Sr. in Shaw, MS.  She enjoyed listening to gospel music, cooking for her family and also spending time with her dogs.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bennie and Emma Brown; sons, Bennie Terry, Jr. and Michael Terry;  and nine brothers and sisters.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Debbie Crowe of Shaw, MS; son, Randy Terry (Betty) of Yazoo City, MS; special grandson, Shannon Terry of Shaw, MS; fifteen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
