Anne Matthews Winters, 60, of Cleveland, MS passed away July 31, 2021.
Anne was born January 24, 1961, to James Matthews and Elizabeth Hunt Culp. She married Dennis Jay Winters January 15, 1986, in Greenville, MS. She worked in the restaurant industry as manager for 15 years. Anne loved being outside in her garden and collecting valuables.
She is predeceased by her father, James Matthews; brother, Kenneth Matthews; stepson, Donnie Alederman; and daughter-n-law, Tammy Winters. Anne is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Culp; sons, James (Alba) and Jeremy Winters (Meghan); stepson, David Winters; stepdaughter, Shanna Partain (Tony); brother, Jim Matthews; sister, Linda White; grandchildren, Amanda Brinkley, T.J. Winters, Savanna Winters, Dylan Partain, J.A. Winters, Ava Winters, Harlee Winters, Mareelyn Winters, and Jamysleigh Winters; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
