Ashley Cole Whatley

Ashley Cole Whatley 28, of Greenville, MS passed away September 22, 2022.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 2-4 at Ray Funeral Home. 

Ashley was born on October 13, 1993 in Jackson, MS to her parents, Shannon Cole & Holly Fisher Jenkins. Ashley grew up in Jackson where she attended and graduated from Northwest Rankin High School. In her free time she loved to go to swimming with her friends at the reservoir. Ashley was a quite sweet spirited women who loved everyone.   Ashley was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church, and was active in the youth activities. Her grandmother said, She loved animals so much that any time she saw a stray she would bring them home. Most of all Ashley  was a spiritual person who would every night call, and ask her grandmother to pray for her. Ashley had the sweetest and most loving heart. Ashley was loving daughter, wife, sister, and friend who's melody will forever linger on. 

Ashley is preceded in passing by her grandfather, James Fisher., Uncles, Bo King, and Mike Mahaffey, and Uncle David Fisher., and George Abide. 

Ashley is survived by her loving husband, Marvin Whatley Jr. of Greenville, MS.,  her parents, Shannon Cole & Holly Jenkins, and Rita Willoughby Fisher., Siblings, Jessica Bradley of Jackson, MS., Britney Fisher of Memphis, TN., Brandon Fisher of Batesville, MS., Aunts, Stephanie Mahaffey of Brandon, MS., Wanda King of Brandon, MS.,  Sharron Abide of Arkansas., Uncles, Malcolm Willoughby Jr.  (Jane) of Alabama, Michael Willoughby(Debbie) of Richland, MS., Paul Willoughby (Renee) of Jackson, MS., David Willoughby (Nina) of Clinton, MS., and John Willoughby of Florence, MS grandparents, Rebecca Fisher, Nieces & Nephews, Levi, Memphis, Nevaeh, and Zola. An a host of loving friends.
