Her passion for nursing ignited during this time, prompting her to continue her studies at Mississippi Delta Community College, where she earned her associate’s degree. With unwavering dedication, Barbara made her dream a reality, becoming an exceptional nurse. In a beautiful chapter of her life, she found love again with Marty Hall, marrying him on October 5, 1996, on a ship in New Orleans, surrounded by family. Together, they built a life rich with love and companionship. In her leisure time, Barbara enjoyed a variety of interests, including nurturing her love for flowers, embarking on travel adventures, and caring for her many cats.
