Betty Kerr Eady, age 92, passed away peacefully on May 8th, 2023. She was born in Louisville, AR on December 30th, 1930, to William and Myrtle Kerr. Betty's father worked in the oil field which led to her moving around frequently as a child, but she spent most of her youth growing up in Baton Rouge, LA where she graduated high school.
Betty was known for her warm personality. She worked at Misceramic Tile for many years and had a true passion for the industry. Betty's colleagues appreciated her hard work and dedication to the profession, and she will be dearly missed by all of them.
Betty cherished spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter; Rebecca (Brooks) Reynolds of Cleveland, MS., grandchildren; Brooke Manning (Casey) of Merigold, MS., Emily Bell (William) of Duncan, MS., and Will Reynolds (Tabetha) of Boyle, MS., along with great-grandchildren; Reynolds Bell, Emma Bell, Baylor Manning, Palmer Manning, Jada Bledsoe, and Brooks Reynolds. She is also survived by her brother Gary (Jackie) Kerr of Soso, MS.
Betty was preceded in passing by her loving husband; Henry F Eady, son; David E (Eddie) Burgess Jr., and parents; William and Myrtle Kerr.
A family memorial service honoring Betty will be held at a later date.
