Charlotte Marie Sappington

Mrs. Charlotte Marie Sappington, 71, of Cleveland, MS, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at St. Dominics. Graveside will be held Friday, May 1, 2020 at North Cleveland Cemetery. Mrs. Sappington was born in Cleveland, MS on October 16, 1948, to Hazel and James Davis. She married Donald Sappington and they have two daughters and two sons, Mindy, Jason, Benny, and Cherrie. Mrs. Charlotte enjoyed sewing, knitting, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Boyle United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Davis, and Hazel Tedford; husband, Donald Sappington; father-n-law, Adrian "Cotton" Sappington; brothers, Mack Tidwell and Buz Tidwell. Mrs. Sappington is survived by her mother-in-law, Opal Sappington; daughters, Mindy Sappington (Frank) of Cleveland, Cherrie Pollan (Eric) of Cleveland; sons, Benny Williams of Cleveland, Jason Sappington (Dusty) of Madison; grandchildren, Molli Pollan,Caroline Williams, Davis Sappington, Hailey Sappington, Izzy Sappington, Elaine Vyles, Troy Hodges; sister Sandra Bonney (Rob) of Alburn; brother, James David Davis (Sharon) of Cleveland; brother-n-law, Larry Sappington; sister-n-law, Margie Sappington; a host of loving nieces and nephews.
