Doris Ann O'Brian Clanton Owens

Doris Ann O'Brian Clanton Owens, 87, formerly of Ruleville, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018, at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House in Collierville, TN.  Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at Ray Funeral Home.  Celebration of Life services will immediately follow beginning at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at Ray Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Haney officiating.  Interment will be in Drew City Cemetery.
Mrs. Owens was born on June 18, 1931, to Jimmie and Mary Lee Gibson O'Brian.  She was a member of the Ruleville Baptist Church and was employed at the Bank of Ruleville for 40 years. 
She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Mary Frances O'Brian; and her husbands, Carl O. Clanton and Marlen R. Owens.
Mrs. Owens is survived by her daughters, Jo Anne Clanton Rosander (husband, Richard) of Germantown, TN, and Carla Lee Clanton Lewis (husband, Chris) of Hernando, MS; son, John M. Owens (wife, Carla); grandchildren, Bailey O'Brian Owens Pain (husband, Fraser), Mary Katherine Owens, and Sarah Caroline Owens all of O'Fallon, IL; sister, Sue O'Brian Davis of Grenada, MS; brother, Jimmie C. O'Brian (wife, Sandra) of Greenville, MS; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Baptist Reynolds Hospice House (mailing address: Baptist Foundation, 1520 W. Poplar Ave., Collierville, TN 38017), St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and/or your favorite charity.
