Earl Brooke, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2026, in Cleveland, Mississippi. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Earl was born on December 10, 1951, in Shaw, Mississippi,

Earl was a high school graduate who dedicated much of his professional life to managing at a Truck Stop, where his leadership and work ethic were highly respected. Beyond his career, Earl was a man of many facets: a talented artist with a passion for drawing, and someone who deeply loved fishing, not merely as a pastime but as a source of joy in sharing meals from the catch he cared for. He was also known for his spirited games of dominoes, often played with friends who appreciated his good nature and competitive spirit. Family was central to Earl’s life.

He is predeceased by his parents, Truman Beevers and Blanche Allegrezza; and sister, Glenda Tharp.

Earl is survived by his daughter, April Fleischman; grandchildren, Aiden and Evan Fleischman; brothers, Henry P. Brooke III and Alex Allegrezza; sister, Julia Allegrezza; Earl also shared a special bond with his good friends Cathy Cox and Ashanti Parks, of whom he played a significant role in raising, reflecting his generous and caring nature.

Earl’s enduring legacy lives on not only through his family and friends but also through the moments of laughter, the quiet hours spent at the fishing spot, the vibrant strokes of his drawings, and the warm gatherings centered around a domino table. He will be remembered with great fondness and respect by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
