Elbert Frank Kelly Jr

Elbert (Lil Frank) was born May 5, 1955, in Cleveland, MS to Elbert & Thelma Overstreet Kelly Sr. and has lived here his whole life. Where he attended Cleveland High School. He worked mostly in construction until he retired in 2017. Lil Frank also loved hunting & fishing. Visiting with friends and loved his kids and grandsons very much! He would always tell you like it was. He is preceded in passing by his father, Elbert Frank Kelly Sr., son Elbert Frank (Frankie) Kelly 3rd, sister, Donna Kelly & Mother Thelma Overstreet Kelly. Elbert is survived by his daughters, Dianna Raper & Hilary Kelly; grandsons, Isaac Raper and Ledger Smith all of Searcy, AR; sister Sammie Fazzino of Richland, MS.
