Gary Gene Elmore

Mr. Gary Gene Elmore, 63, of Boyle, MS went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. He was the husband of Beverly Elmore, in which they shared 21 years together.
Gary was born March 9, 1958, to Robert and Mary Louise Elmore in Cleveland, Mississippi. Gary spent his career working for Roy Collins Construction as a crane operator. He had a servant heart and would do anything for anyone. He was always there when someone needed help. When his daughter, Jessica, was young she called him her MacGyver. She believed he could fix or build anything. He was a big man (one who had to duck through many doors to not hit his head) but to the ones that knew him, they knew he was just a big teddy bear that gave the best hugs. He was a country boy that loved deer hunting, riding four wheelers and motorcycles in his younger years (lol), he even made a belt out of the motorcycle chain when he wrecked it. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching wrestling, working outside in the shop, and tending to his Day Lilies. Most of all he loved spending time with his family/grandchildren who meant the world to him. One favorite past time he had with his grandchildren was riding the golf cart together.
He is preceded in death by parents, Robert and Mary Louise Elmore; and grandson, Parker Watson. Gary is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Elmore; daughters, Jessica Morgan (Craig), Mandy Lowery, and Sandi Davis; granddaughters, Addyson, Whitney, and Harlee; grandson, Tate; sister, Janet Pearson; nephew, Duke Pearson (Kristen); and niece, Ashley Brooks (Jeff). A private graveside service will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021, at North Cleveland Cemetery in Cleveland, MS.
