Gregory Lee Yarbrough, Jr.

Gregory Lee "Greg" Yarbrough, Jr., 38, of Ridgeland, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2018, at his home. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Ray Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life with family and friend sharing stories will immediately follow beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Greg was born in Cleveland, MS, September 9, 1979, to Gregory Lee Yarbrough, Sr. and Deborah Ann Joiner Yarbrough.  He proudly served our country in the United States Airforce.  Greg was an amazing chef who was even featured in a cooking magazine for one of his dishes, and was an accomplished writer.
He is preceded in death by his father, Greg Lee Yarbrough, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Frances Fern Crippen, James Bethel Crippen, Clarence Joiner, and Eva Joiner; paternal grandparents, Jenny Olmi Yarbrough and John Yarbrough, Sr.; and uncle, Andy Joiner.
Greg is survived by his mother, Deborah Yarbrough of Shaw; sister, Jennifer Stacey Yarbrough (Brian Crouch) of North Haven, CT; niece Isabella Crouch of North Haven, CT; nephew, Riley Crouch of North Haven. CT; and numerous other extended family members who loved him dearly.
In memory of Greg, the family requests donations made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
