Jane Marie Kimble

Jane Marie Kimble, a beloved figure in the lives of many, passed away on July 28, 2025, in Cleveland, Mississippi, at the age of 59.

Jane was born on August 14, 1965, in Greenville, Mississippi, to Andrew and Marie Johnson II. Jane lived a life rich with love, laughter, and a deep connection to her family and friends.

Throughout her career as a substitute teacher at Head Start, Jane demonstrated her unwavering commitment to education and the well-being of children. Her nurturing spirit and dedication had a significant impact on the young lives she touched, embodying the essence of patience and kindness.

Jane was known for her vibrant personality, a lover of shopping and music, and above all, a passionate cook. She had a particular talent for preparing fried chicken, a dish that brought warmth and joy to many family gatherings. Her affection extended beyond the human members of her family; she cherished her fur babies, creating a home filled with love and compassion for all creatures.

Jane was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Marie Johnson II and sister, Diane Carroll.

She is survived by her loving husband, Buddy Kimble Jr.; daughter, Angela Kimble (Howard); son, Buddy Kimble (Zakia Casey); brother, Andrew Jackson Johnson III; sisters, Debra Cumberlin (Carl) and Vickie Johnson; aunt, Jean Nipchat; uncle, Walley Nipchat; as well as her nieces, Lisa Carroll, and nephews, Andrew Jackson Johnson and Nathan Johnson. Jane's legacy will continue through her grandchildren, Carson Lawson, Michael Beasley, Monique Beasley, Patricia Beasley, Noah Kimble, and Nikki Murray, who were the joy of her life.

A devoted family member and friend, Jane Marie Kimble will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she enriched with her warmth, zest for life, and dedication to those around her. Her memory will forever hold a cherished place in the hearts of her family and friends.
