Jo Ann Tarsi

Jo Ann Annette Tarsi, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 12, 2021 in Cleveland, MS. A Visitation will be held on August 17, 2021 from 10:00-10:45 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Shelby, MS with a Mass following at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Shelby Cemetery. Jo Ann was born on December 3, 1935 to Paul Balducci and Theresa Radicioni Balducci in Shelby, MS where she attended and graduated from Shelby High School. She is survived by her children, Harry Paul Tarsi (wife Kim) and Paula Skelton (husband Lyle); grandchildren, Joel Skelton, Cassie Skelton, Megan Skelton, Anna Kate Tarsi, and Rivers Tarsi; siblings, Pauline Fava (husband Ronnie), Charles Balducci (wife Gina), and James Balducci; and a host of loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in passing by her husband of 59 years, Robert Tarsi and her parents, Paul and Theresa Balducci. Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
