John White

John White, 84, passed away on March 15, 2022, in Shepherdstown, WV

John was born on August 1, 1937 in Magee, MS, to Charles and Prudie White.

John married the love of his life Grace White on January 13, 1956 in Indianola, MS. The couple had 2 children, Kenny White and Tammy White. He was happiest behind the wheel of a truck or car on the open road. He loved to watch sports and spend time with his family. He loved the Lord and did his very best to live his life as an example to his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Grace White, daughter Tammy White, daughter-in-law, Carolyn White, sister-in-law Zay Wilma White and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his son Kenneth White, his father and mother Charles and Prudie White, and five siblings, Norris White, Mary W. Smith, Elton White, Verlene Crocker and Charles Buford White.

A visitation will be held from 1-3pm on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Ray Funeral Home The Celebration of Life  service for Mr. John White will follow at 3pm  on Saturday, March 19, 2022 , at Ray Funeral Home in Cleveland, MS.

Burial: Lehrton Cemetery, Ruleville, MS.
