Lawrence Earl Steed

Lawrence Earl Steed, 75, of Cleveland, MS, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at his home in Cleveland. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 4, 2018, at Ray Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 4, 2018, at Ray Funeral Home with Rev. Clarence Edwards officiating. Interment will be in North Cleveland Cemetery.
Lawrence was born on June 5, 1942, to Estell and Mary Agness Steed in Cleveland, MS. He was an owner and partner of NAPA Auto Parts in McGehee. After moving back to Cleveland, he worked at Autozone as well as  O'Reily in Cleveland for the past 12 years. Lawrence spent his days after work watching Old Western movies. He also enjoyed to fish from time to time.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Estell L. Steed and Mary Agness Floyd Steed.
Lawrence is survived by his sons, Robert Steed of Cabot, AR and Mike Steed (Teresa) of Newark, AR; brother, Griffin Steed of Kisseme, FL; 6 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
