Lowell Richard Semans, II

Mr. Lowell Richard Semans, II, passed away at Oak Grove Retirement Home on November 7, 2017, in Duncan, MS.
Lowell was born on June 16, 1945, in McCook, Nebraska to Lowel R. Semans and Virginia Painter Semans. He proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Lowell worked as a welder at Ingels Ship Yard in Pascagoula for 50 years until retirement. He enjoyed working on hot rods, working on cars, and welding.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lowel and Virginia Semans.
Lowell is survived by his brother, Allen Semans (Susan Semans) of Nashville, TN and sister, Phoebe Quinn (Ronald Quinn) of Mexico.
