Martha Louise Williams. passed away August 19, 2025, in Merigold, MS. A visitation will beheld on August 28, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a Memorial Service beginning at 1:00 PM, at Ray Funeral Home, in Cleveland, MS.

Martha was born on April 17, 1951, in Greenville, MS, to James and Pauline Lott. She was a beloved figure in her community and a dedicated professional who left a lasting impact throughout her diverse career.

Martha's journey began in the Mississippi Delta, where she attended and graduated from Greenville High School. She exemplified a strong work ethic and a passion for service, which was evident through her varied professional roles. She worked for Bell South as a switchboard operator, served as a teller at Cleveland State Bank, and spent some time working for Hood Farms. Additionally, her expertise in sales was showcased during her long tenure as a licensed insurance salesperson for Alpha. Martha ultimately became an owner in retail sales, where she thrived and made a difference in the lives of many.

Her personality was one defined by kindness and dedication; she loved working with people and always sought to help those around her. This passion was not only reflected in her professional life but also in her everyday interactions with friends and family.

Martha was not only a devoted professional but also a cherished family member. She is survived by her sons, Donnie Keith Williams Jr. of Merigold, MS, Steven Williams of Olive Branch, MS, and Paul Williams (Candace) of Topeka, KS. Her legacy continues through her brother, Marvin Lott (Kathleen) of Cleveland, MS, and her grandchildren, David Austin Williams (Cara) of Texas, Nicole Williams of Lucedale, MS, Aden Williams of Olive Branch, MS, and Bridger and Brysen Williams of Topeka, KS. She is Survived by Her extended family, David Wardlow, Haley Cole, David Wardlow,jr and Isabelle Wardlow.

Martha is preceded in death by her parents, James and Pauline Lott, her husband, Donald Keith Williams, and her brother, Jim Lott. Their memories remain etched in the hearts of those who knew her.

Martha Louise Williams will be remembered for her unwavering spirit, her commitment to helping others, and the deep love she fostered within her family and community. Her legacy will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
