Mr. Paul Ezell Webster, of Ackerman, MS, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 at Ray Funeral Home Saturday, June 25, 2011. Celebration of life service will be in Lehrton Cemetery in Ruleville, MS at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 25, 2011.
He was born to Arthur W. Webster and Louis Charlene Wells on December 25, 1939 in Cleveland, MS. He married Jearlene Nail August 18, 2008. He loved children, coaching high school and teaching children. He was voted coach of the year. He took time with children that needed attention and loved the simple things in life. He also loved the ocean and being called coach.
He is survived by his son, Jason Paul Webster (Cindy) of Georgia; step-children, Derick Week of Weir, MS (Theresa), Jenelle Mcknight of Ackerman, MS; one beloved grandson, two step-grandsons, Mitchell McKnight and Ridge Weeks; three sisters, Immajean Duke of Ackerman, MS, Rebecca Ann Gibson of Brandon, MS (Jerry L.), Mary Jane Hinton of Brandon, MS (Terry A.); nephews, Norris Eugene White of Brandon, MS, Arthur Wayne White of Cleveland, TN, Rev. Phil Floyd Edwards of Panama City, FL, Dr. Douglas Paul Edwards of Coppers Cove, TX, Shannon Lynn Gibson of Mendenhall, MS, Dr. Brian Austin Hinton of Brandon, MS, Christina Cole Hinton of Ellisville, MS, and Dr. Michael Troy Gibson of Hattiesburg, MS
Mr. Webster is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Mary Maxine Webster White.
