Robert Louis Tarsi

Mr. Robert Louis Tarsi of Shelby, MS passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021. A private service was held on March 16, 2021. He was born September 21, 1939 to Harry and Edith Tarsi in Shelby, MS. Robert married Jo Ann Balducci on November 9, 1961 in Shelby, MS. He retired from the Mississippi Department of Corrections where he served as the Director of Row Crops for over thirty years. Robert was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
He is predeceased by his parents, Harry and Edith Tarsi; brother, Frank Tarsi; and sister, Dorothy Lee Morris. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Jo Ann Tarsi; son, Harry Tarsi (Kim); daughter, Paula Skelton (Lyle); grandson, Joel Skelton; granddaughters, Anna Kate Tarsi, Rivers Tarsi, Cassie Skelton, and Megan Skelton; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
