Robert Nicholas

Robert Joseph "Bobby" Nicholas, 62, rode off into the sunset on September 12, 2021. He was born November 14, 1958 to Robert Finch Nicholas and Joan Crawford Nicholas Willis. A visitation will be held 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Friday, September 17, 2021 at. Ray Funeral Home in Cleveland, MS. Interment will immediately follow at Shelby Cemetery.
Bobby grew up in Gunnison, MS and lived there until his death. He attended Gunnison school and Rosedale High School and was a member of the football team. Growing up he terrorized the streets of Gunnison and Rosedale in his yellow Camaro and on his motorcycle. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley, following his beloved Ole Miss Rebels and helping anyone in need. He never met a stranger.
Bobby was employed by Jantran, Inc. and enjoyed his job.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by a brother, Karl Willis of St. Petersburg, an aunt, Laura Speakes of Oxford, an uncle, Walter Crawford of Flowood, and a stepfather, Leo Williams of Gunnison. He will be missed by many friends.
