Rose Ann King

Rose Ann King, 55 years old of Cleveland, MS was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 19, 2020 in Jackson, MS. A Memorial celebration honoring her life will be held when all those who loved her are able to gather. This date will be announced at a later time.
Rose Ann was born on January 04, 1965 in Memphis, TN to her parents, Nancy Caroline Wilson and the late Edward Glen Goss. She spent her adolescence in Cleveland, MS, and at the age of 21, she relocated to Amory, MS where she cared for her family and worked as a seamstress. In 2007, Rose Ann returned to her beloved hometown of Cleveland, MS to be near the ones she held most dear, especially her adoring mother, Nancy.
In her teenage years, Rose Ann was the first ever girl to take wood-shop at Cleveland High, fueling her interest in various trades. She had a talented, creative mind, showing her artistic side in the form of writing, reading, drawing, and cooking. In her words, her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to her children. With eldest Tiffany, Rose Ann passed on her love of writing and was always enthused to read her latest written works. Rose Ann was overjoyed that Tiffany is in the process of publishing her first book. She supported her son Trey with his love of baseball, attending every game and practicing with him every chance she got. She was his biggest cheerleader. With youngest child Milo, Rose Ann passed her heart to serve others, propelling him to look for a career in making others happy. Milo learned all there is to know about being a hard worker from Rose Ann. Her two childhood best friends Anita Howell and Tammy Ferguson, affectionately calling themselves "the three musketeers", enjoyed having spend the night parties and sharing memories over their favorite meals. She was a huge animal lover, caring for countless animals throughout the years. This included her cat, Vikter and grandpuppy Cupid, with whom she showered with affection and treats. Rose Ann could hold a meaningful conversation with any one she met and was an expert at making everyone feel special and important. Her loving spirit always shined through her beautiful smile and contagious laughter.
Rose Ann is preceded in passing by her fathers, Edward Glen Goss and Tony Wilson. We all know she is thrilled to meet her third child in a heavenly reunion.
She is survived by her loving mother, Nancy Caroline Wilson of Cleveland, MS, her three children, Tiffany Nicole Moore (Timothy Martin Moore) of Memphis, TN, Trey King (Bailey Brooke Littlejohn) of Blue Springs, MS and Taggert Milo King (Justin Weldon Lea) of Starkville, MS.
