Roslyn Miles Mullins

Mrs. Roslyn Miles McNeer Mullins, 75, of Cleveland, MS went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 8, 2020. Graveside Service will be held Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the New Cleveland Cemetery. Roslyn was born September 3, 1945 to John and Katye Miles in Yazoo City, MS. At a young age she moved to Vicksburg, MS and graduated from Vicksburg High School formerly known as HB Cooper.
She was an administrative assistant for many years until opening her own business as an electrolysis for over 20 years in Cleveland, MS. She was an avid Brave's fan who loved to cook. Most of all her favorite past time was making memories with her family. Roslyn was a loving wife, mother, who was loved by all that knew her. To know her was to love her.
She is preceded in passing by her parents, John and Katye Miles; late husband, Willie Gale McNeer; son, Bryan McNeer; sisters, Marjorie Mims Rucker and Jonnie Kathryn Miles one brother, Robert Hale Miles. Roslyn is survived by her husband, Marcie Mullins; one daughter, Jan (Robbie) Humphries., grandchildren, Tanner and Addison Humphries; sister-in-laws, Joye Hays, Gloria McNeer, and Peggy Saunders; brother-in-laws Donell McNeer and Chester McNeer., And a host of loving nieces and nephews.
