Stacey Lynn Shivers

Stacey Lynn Shivers, a dedicated volunteer in the medical service and cherished member of the Church of Christ, passed away on June 16, 2025, in Memphis, Tennessee. A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Ray Funeral Home, in Cleveland, MS. Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be at North Cleveland Cemetery.

Stacey was born to Rodney Sr. and Frances Shivers on May 21, 1968, in Cleveland, Mississippi, Stacey touched the lives of many throughout her journey on this Earth.

Stacey graduated from Bayou Academy and continued her education at Delta State University where she received her BA in business. She cultivated a love for learning that would inform her heartfelt contributions to her community. Known for her caring personality, Stacey loved her family deeply and devoted her life to serving others with kindness and compassion.

Stacey is preceded in death by her father, Rodney Shivers Sr., and her brother, Rodney Shivers Jr. Their memories will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew them.

Stacey is survived by her beloved mother, Frances Prewitt Shivers; brother, Jeffrey Shivers, and his wife, Cathy; sister-in-law, Debra Shivers of Colorado; as well as her nephews, Brad, Blaine, and Jarred Shivers, and nieces, Ashley Gur and Dawn Engelbrecht. Each of these family members carries fond memories of Stacey, honoring her legacy through their continued dedication to family and community, along with a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Stacey Lynn Shivers will be remembered for her dedication, her gentle spirit, and her unwavering love for her family and community. Her legacy of kindness and service will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
