The plans and wishes I had for you in life baby boy. Your mother would always say through her pregnancy that I hope he does not come out huge like his daddy. Boy boy boy the deer killing machine you were going to be. Me and uncle Michael have done nothing but talk about getting stands ready for you knowing your momma was not going for that. I told your momma I was going to buy you some turnouts and I was going take you little butt to fire calls with me of course she said naw. We had nothing but big hopes and dreams for you baby boy.
Love daddy
Dear Waylon Scott,
Mommy’s baby bean. Mommy and daddy were so ecstatic when we found out that I was pregnant with you. We always talked about who you would more like. But that second sonogram when you kicked the probe and kept running from the doctor, we knew then that you would have your daddy’s attitude. Your daddy always talked about taking you to the deer stand as soon as you got here and taking you on fire calls when he knew good and well mommy was not going to go for that. I could not wait to see if you were going to be 6’5 and bulletproof like your daddy or 5’5 and soft spoken like mommy. Although we may not know these plans, we understand that God had bigger plans for you. Until we meet again, my sweet baby boy. Mommy and daddy love you.
Love mommy
Psalm 34:18 reminds us that “The lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” This verse reassures us that God is with us in our sorrow, offering comfort and healing.
