Mr. Woodard Dewitt Beach 92, of Cleveland , MS was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 22, 2020.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2020 at New Cleveland Cemetery in Cleveland, MS. W.D. was born February 14, 1928 in Ackerman, MS to Wilson Woodard and Millie Beach. W.D. married Daisy Reef McCain in Cleveland, MS on October 14, 1950. W.D. was an active member in Yale Baptist Church in Cleveland, MS. He served in the United States Air Force. He was an equipment analyst for over twenty-five years at Trunkline Gas Company. W.D. was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.
He is preceded in passing by his parents, Wilson Woodard & Millie Emmaline Beach; sisters, Thelma Beach Morrison and Virginia Beach Britt; brother, Harold Kenneth Beach.
W.D. is survived by his loving wife, Daisy Beach; son, Woodard "Woodie" Dewitt Beach Jr (Debbie); daughter, Kathy Beach Bomar (Jack); grand-daughter, Meredith Beach Fox (Frank); great grand-daughters Bridget and Rory Fox.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Yale Baptist Church, or a charity of your choice.
