Agnes Cummings Obituary
Agnes Ivene Cummings, 98, of Converse, TX, formerly of Rosedale, passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2013, at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2013, in Beulah Cemetery with Rev. Phyllis Milan officiating. Interment will be in Beulah Cemetery.
Mrs. Cummings was born in Dover, Arkansas on July 14, 1914, to Charley Leanidas Neal and Lottie Ethel Eakes . She was married to James Alfred Maxwell Cummings in Gunnison on August 10, 1934. She enjoyed crocheting and working puzzles.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charley Leanidas Neal and Lottie Ethel Eakes Neal and her husband, James Alfred Maxwell Cummings.
Mrs. Cummings is survived by her son, Charles Alfred Cummings (Lula) of Nettleton, MS; daughter, Christine Humphreys (Steve) of Converse, TX; four grandsons; seven great-grandchildren, four great-great-grand children; and a host of nieces and nephews.
