Alex Fletcher

Mr. Alex Fletcher, Jr., 68, of Cleveland, MS, passed away, Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Walter B. Crook in Ruleville, MS. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2011 at Ray Funeral Home. Memorial Services immediately follow the visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2011 with Rev. John Thomas officiating.
Mr. Fletcher was born December 20, 1942 in Cleveland, MS to Alex Fletcher and Ruby Mullins Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher was a member of the Morrison Baptist Church. He was an ordained Baptist minister and past deacon of Morrison Chapel Church. Mr. Fletcher loved sports and was an avid fisherman. Mr. Fletcher was also a member of the Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his sister, Lynn Shurden of Cleveland, MS; and brother, George L. Fletcher of Issaguah, WA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
