Beulah Lane

Mrs. Beulah Ries Lane, 91, of Ruleville, formerly of Rosedale, MS, passed away, Monday, January 30, 2012 at North Sunflower Medical Center in Ruleville, MS. Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Ray Funeral Home from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Celebration of life service will be Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 11:00 am with Milton Burd officiating. Interment will follow services in Beulah Cemetery.
Mrs. Lane was born February 9, 1920 to John Benjamin Ries and Freda T. Stiverson Ries in Anglin, WA. She married James H. Lane on January 1, 1943 in San Bernardino, CA. Mrs. Lane was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cleveland.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Lane; one brother and two sisters.
Mrs. Lane is survived by her son, James Kirby Lane (Bobbi) of Flowood, MS; daughters, Janet Harra (Bob) of Azel, Texas, Margaret Ann Prescott of Cleveland and Ellen Towell (Dave) of Gastonia, NC; sisters, Katie Johnson (Jim) of San Bernadino, CA, Margery Kump of Mt. Morris, IL; grandchildren, MiMi Stanley (Patrick), Traci Smith (Jason), Jason Lane (Patty), Chris Harra (Kelly), Brett Harra, Amy Maimone, Lori Myres, Kim Martin (Rodney), John Prescott (Kimberly), Jackie Lane Woods (Bill) and Adam Lane; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to Baptist Children's Village.
