Billy Yarborough Obituary
Mr. Billy Allen Yarborough, 85, of Ruleville, MS, passed away, Saturday, December 24, 2011 at his home. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Ray Funeral Home. Celebration of life service will be Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Ray Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Eugene Walden officiating. Burial will follow celebration of life service in Merigold Cemetery.
Mr. Yarborough was born to David Alfred Yarborough and Candice Elvira Kelly on March 7, 1926 in Webster County, MS. He married Evelyn Louise Johnson on December 26, 1999 in Ruleville, MS. He was a loving husband and loved his family and friends dearly. Most of all he loved studying God's word everyday. Mr. Yarborough was a loving father, husband, and friend to anyone who needed him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Leonard L. Yarborough and Donald Yarborough, and sister, Ruby Grace Yarborough.
Mr. Yarborough is survived by his wife, Evelyn Yarborough of Ruleville, MS; children, Debra Yarborough Ray of Louisiana, Yvonne Yarborough Beason of Decatur, AL (Fred), Allen Yarborough of Louisiana and Teresia Yarborough Hill of Trinity, AL (Roy); sister, Geraldine Yarborough Mitchell of Merigold, MS; grandchildren, Tracy Krittnar, Scott Ray, Thomas Cottongin, Dale Yarborough, Zackery Jackson, Leslie Jackson, Candice Davidson; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Neely Robinson, Shaffie Tobia, Carl Tarver, Roy Hill, Doug Yarborough, and Ronnie Yarborough.
Honorary Pallbearers will be his grandchildren
