Davis Chestine Hill, 68, of Pace passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Saturday, July 28, 2012, at Ray Funeral Home. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 30, 2012, at Ray Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Hall officiating. Interment will follow at the Merigold Cemetery.
Mr. Hill was born on May 13, 1944 to Roy Hill and Ada Bell Morris Hill. He was a member of the Pace Pentecostal Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ada Hill; and a brother, Redell Hill.
Mr. Hill is survived by his sisters, Mavis Hamilton (Benny) of Pace, MS, Betty Franks (Steve) of Tipson, TX, Charlotte Hutchison (Bob) of Merigold, MS, Bonnie Morris (Troy) of Allen, TX; Brothers, Bobby Hill (Rose Marie) of Cleveland, MS, Wayne Hill (Shirley) of Galena, MO., and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Junior Hamilton, Scott Hamilton, Jonathan Hamilton, Steve Hamilton, Marty Hill, and Allen Hutchison.
