Dorothy Woods Davis, passed away Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Bolivar Medical Center. Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 10, 2010 at Ray Funeral Home with Bro. David Koons officiating. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 10, 2010 at Ray Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral in Indianola Cemetery.
Mrs. Davis was born on May 15, 1924 to John Wesley Woods and Ola Fullgam in Drew, MS. She married James H. Davis on February 1, 1946. They were married for 62 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; John Wesley Woods and Ola Fullgam and her husband; James H. Davis, four sisters, and two brothers.
She is survived by two daughters; Sherry (Donald) Oakes, and Camille (Bill) Stembridge, and their son; Hank (Debbie) Davis, 6 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
