Mr. James €œJimmy€ Oren Woodward, 50, passed away Friday, June 25, 2010 at St. Dominic€™s in Jackson, MS. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Funeral Home in Cleveland with Bro. John Thomas officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 at Ray Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m.. Burial will follow the funeral in North Cleveland Cemetery.
Mr. Woodward was born on August 8, 1959 to Oren Bruce Woodward and Dorothy Jeanette Beach. He married Rhonda Lynn Kemp on February 14, 1987 in Cleveland, MS. He was an avid Ole Miss fan, loved to fish, playing golf and loved spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his mother Jean Woodward.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Woodward of Cleveland; son, Josh (Jeannie) Goss of Cleveland; daughter, Shannon Woodward of Cleveland; Father, Oren B. Woodward of Cleveland; brothers, Glen (Pam) Woodward and Duff (Carla) Woodward of Cleveland; sister, Vera (John) Word of Witchataw Falls, TX; father and mother- in-law, Truett and Ruby Kemp of Cleveland; and a host of aunts and uncles.
Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation for research for Rheumatoid Arthritis.
