Jesus Martinez Vargas, 51, of Boyle passed away at Bolivar County Hospital. Visitation will be 9:00 - 11:00 a.m Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church. Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00a.m.Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church, Cleveland, MS.
Mr. Vargas was born September 4, 1961 in Melchor Muzquiz Coachuila, Mexico to Jesus Martinez Vallejos and Daniella Vargas Loredo. Mr. Vargas came to Indianola, MS in 1980, later he resided in Boyle, MS, where he worked as a farmer. He was a hard-working man, he had a great love for horses and enjoyed the outdoors.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus Martinez Vallejos and Daniella Vargas Laredo; brother, Oscar Martinez Vargas.
Mr. Vargas is survived by his sons, Marcus Luis Castaneda (Katherine), Ramon Jose Martinez, Porfirio Jesus Martinez, daughters, Jessica Daniella Martinez, Ashley Nicole Martinez, brother, Ramon Martinez Vargas; sisters, Soledad Martinez Vargas, Bertha Alicia Martinez Vargas, Gloria Estella Martinez Vargas, Santa Martinez Vargas, Juanita Martinez Vargas, Ana Luisa Martinez Vargas, Antonio Martinez Vargas; grandchildren Christian Castaneda, Marcus Evan Castaneda, Grace Ann Arnold, Layla Martinez, Ramon M Martinez, Roscoe L Martinex, Keelan Rutherford; ex-wife Maria Alicia Castaneda of Indianola, MS mother to his sons; ex-wife Pamela Martinez of Memphis, TN mother to his daughters; thirty five nephews & nieces.
