Juanita Daves

Mrs. Juanita Daves, 89, died Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Briar Hill Rest Home in Florence, Mississippi. Funeral services will be at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon at 10:00 am on Friday, February 24, 2012. Visitation will be at Ott & Lee Funeral Home from 5 pm to 7 pm on Thursday, February 23, 2012 and from 9 am to 10 am on Friday, February 24, 2012. Visitation will also be at Ray Funeral Home in Cleveland, Mississippi from 3 pm to 4 pm with interment in the Merigold Cemetery in Merigold, Mississippi.
Juanita Daves was a native of Enid, Mississippi and lived in Bolivar County from 1938 until she moved to Brandon (Coachlight Manor) in the spring of 1999. She is preceded in death by her husband Noel Upton Daves, daughter Jetti Daves Ervin and infant son Roger Daves. She is survived by her children, Danny (Gwen) Daves of Clinton, Eddie (Kay) Daves of Cleveland, Donna (Gary) Sarver of Brandon, Randy (Pam) Daves of Coffeeville, and son-in-law Johnny Ervin of Brandon. She also leaves nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Smoky Mountain Children's Home, P.O. Box 4391, Sevierville, Tennessee, 37864-4391 or charity of choice.
