Mrs. Margaret Sigmond Salley, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Bolivar Medical in Cleveland. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 1, 2010 at Ray Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Breeland officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00- 8:00 Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Ray Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral in New Cleveland Cemetery.
Mrs. Salley was born September 25, 1923 in Cleveland to Thomas Melton Sigmond and Minnie Lea Jefcoat. She married Travis Salley on November 13, 1943 in Cleveland.
She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas Melton Sigmond and Minnie Lee Jefcoat.
Mrs. Salley is survived by her husband Travis Salley of Cleveland; sons, Thomas Lee Salley of Greenville and James M. Salley (Gay) of Boyle; grandchildren, Joey Salley and Maura Salley Gerald of Cleveland; great grandchildren, Kylan Ellison, Austin Gerald, and Gunner Gerald of Cleveland.
