Martha Frances Miller Phillips, 85, of Pontotoc, passed away peacefully on May 28th 2026 at Sunshine Nursing Home.
Martha was born on August 6, 1940 in Sallis, where she lived until her marriage to Clarence Phillips in 1957. Together they moved to Cleveland Mississippi.
Soon after Martha and Clarence moved to Greenville and she worked at Nicholson Files until her retirement. She attended the Greenville United Pentecostal Church. Martha then spent her later years in Pontotoc Mississippi.
Martha is preceded in death by her husband Clarence Phillips, her parents Henry Felix Miller and Annie Laura Jenkins Miller, four brothers: John "Buddy" Miller, David "Bobby" Miller, Thomas Miller, and Kenneth Miller, as well as her two sister Ann McDonald, and Dorsia Godbold
She is survived by three sons: Marty (Connie) Phillips of Pontotoc, Scott (Leatha) Phillips of Canton, and Joel (Jamie) Phillips of Greenwood, her brother Joe Miller Of Naples Florida, her sister Mary "Sissy" Smith of Alexandria Virginia, her grandchildren Nicholas (Sunni) Phillips, Bradley (Brittany) Phillips, Lauren (Jared) Ganucheau, Miller Phillips, Skyler Phillips, David Phillips, and Christopher Phillips, as well as seven great-grandchildren
