Miriam Esch Obituary

Mrs. Miriam Litton Esch, 75, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at her home. First visitation will be 6:00 p.m- 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Ray Funeral Home a second visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 17, 2013 at Ray Funeral Home. A graveside service will immediately follow at Delta Heights Memorial Garden with Bro. Milton Burd and Bro. James Walker officiating.
Mrs. Esch was born in Litton, MS on September 17, 1937, to Paul and Maggie Weldon Litton. She married Henry S. Esch Jr. in Boyle, MS on September 2, 1960. She worked for Bellsouth in Communications for 35 years. She enjoyed playing the piano, and loved animals. She was a very selfless giving woman who truly cared for her family and loved to cook for them and to attend all of the grandchildren's events. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cleveland, MS.
She is survived by her husband, Henry S. Esch, Jr.; son, Sammy (Sonia) Esch; daughter, Michelle (Bobby) Williamson; grandchildren, Courtney and Cannon Esch, Brandon and Trey Williamson, and Tara and Richie Boren; brothers, Jerry L. Litton of Jackson, MS, and Fred A. Litton of Cleveland, MS; and a special friend, Debbie Esch.
Pallbearers will be Cannon Esch, Brandon Williamson, Trey Williamson, Richie Boren, Junior Brown, David Norquist, Buddy Carroll, and Ken Malone.
Memorials may be made to The First Baptist Church or the Delta Manor in Clarksdale.
