Muriel Farr

Mrs. Lois Muriel Biles Farr, 91, passed away December 28, 2010 at her home in Boyle. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 30, 2010 at Ray Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. at Ray Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral services in New Cleveland Cemetery.
Mrs. Farr was born October 18, 1919 to Richard Leonidas Biles and Clarkbelle Merrick in Boyle, MS. She married James Vass Farr during World War II. Mrs. Farr was retired from the school systems for 30 years.
She is survived by her son, James Richard Farr of Boyle, MS; daughter, Phyllis Anna Farr of Canton, MS; and son, David Allan Farr of Boyle, MS; grandchildren, Brandon Farr, Justin Farr, Jimmy Farr, Brooke Farr Kemp, and April Beth Farr; and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Will Dean, Hunter Doty, Bobby Biles, Bruce Biles, Lonnie Biles and Brent Mann.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Farr, Justin Farr, Shane Kemp, Bill Mann, Kevin Greer.
In lieu of flowers send memorials to Boyle United Methodist and Cleveland First Baptist Church.
