Nettie Mclendon

Nettie June Holt Mclendon, 89, of Cleveland, MS, passed away, Monday, December 5, 2011 at Cleveland Nursing Rehab Clinic. Celebration of Life Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, December 9, 2011 at First Presbyterian Church in Cleveland. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, December 9, 2011 at First Presbyterian Church in Cleveland. Burial will immediately follow in New Cleveland Cemetery.
Mrs. McLendon was born in Dallas, TX on January 29, 1922 to Errol Chandler Holt and Elizabeth Duncan Holt. She married Dr. James Hays McLendon and worked as an apartment manager.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Errol Chandler Holt and Elizabeth Duncan Holt and by her husband, Dr. James Hays McLendon. She is survived by her son, Errol McLendon of Berwyn, IL.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
