Samantha Sappington

11 day old daughter of Sam Sappington and the late Meribeth Britt Sappington, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women in Memphis, TN. In addition to her father, she is survived by three brothers, Gage Sappington of Cleveland, MS, T.J. Hollingsworth of Southaven, and Ethan Sappington of West Point, MS; one sister, Hailey Hollingsworth of Southaven; grandparents, Janis Britt of Southaven and Larry and Marjorie Sappington of Cleveland; and her great grandmother, Opal Sappington of Cleveland. Graveside services will be Wednesday, April 18 at 2 p.m. at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven. The family requests that any memorials be made to the Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women's Neonatal Care Unit. Arrangements are in the care of Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven.
