Willis R. Herman passed away in Kentucky at the age of 97. Beloved husband of Lillie Belle (deceased). Devoted father of Betty Prendergast (Marty), Jerry Burd (Milton), William Raymond (Olive), Willis Raymond (deceased) , Jack Fanklin (deceased); proud grandfather of Rae Marie Cooper (Jim), Duffy Prendergast (Darlene), Mary Pat Prendergast (Dan), Michael Prendergast (Shannon), Janet Prendergast (Rob), Terry Burd (Diane), Cindy Burd, Michael Herman (Marie) and Denise Lea (Mike); great grandfather of 20 and great, great grandfather of one. Funeral services were at Stoess Funeral Home in Crestwood, KY on Saturday, September 18, 2010. In lieu of flowers, donations accepted to the Lagrange, Kentucky Presbyterian Church, 1901 Prestwick Drive, Lagrange, KY 40031-7533.
